1. All Sales Are Final

A Pack is a chance-based digital collectible product. The specific item or items you receive are determined randomly at the moment the Pack is opened and are revealed irreversibly on the blockchain.

Once a Pack is opened, the purchase is final and cannot be undone, reversed, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.

Because Pack contents are revealed on-chain and cannot be restored, re-rolled, or modified, we are unable to refund or reverse a Pack once it has been opened. By purchasing and opening a Pack you acknowledge that you are buying a randomized entertainment product, and that the value of what you receive may be more or less than the price you paid.

2. Unopened Packs

If your payment has completed but you have not yet opened your Pack, contact us promptly at support@gachasports.com. Refunds or exchanges of unopened Packs, where offered, are at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law. We cannot offer a refund or exchange once a Pack has been opened, as described in Section 1.

3. Your Options After Opening a Pack

While Pack purchases are final, you are not locked into holding what you receive. Each item dispensed from a Pack is a GachaSports NFT representing a physical card held in a third-party Vault, and you can choose what to do with it:

• Redeem the physical card.You may burn the GachaSports NFT to request shipment of the authenticated physical card from the Vault. Shipping, withdrawal fees, and applicable taxes apply, as described in the Terms of Service.
• Sell it back or list it.You may sell or list your GachaSports NFT through the buyback or marketplace options made available in the Service, for its then-quoted value. That value is typically denominated in USDC, may change over time, and may be less than the price you paid for the Pack. Any such sale or buyback is a disposition of your collectible, not a refund of the Pack price.
• Hold it.You may keep the GachaSports NFT and leave the associated physical card in the Vault. The Vault currently holds Assets at no additional storage cost; fees may apply if you later choose to have the Asset shipped to you.

These options are features of the collectible you receive. They are provided in addition to, and do not change, the final and non-refundable nature of the Pack purchase itself.

4. Card Payments and Fiat On-Ramp

Gacha Sports settles on-chain in USDC. If you choose to add funds or pay using fiat, including by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App, that fiat payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Coinflow, which converts your payment into USDC. Fiat on-ramp transactions are provided and settled by Coinflow and are subject to Coinflow's own terms and policies.

If you have a question or dispute about a fiat payment, such as a charge you do not recognize, a duplicate charge, or a payment that was debited but did not result in USDC being credited to your wallet, contact us first at support@gachasports.com so we can help. Because Coinflow processes and settles these transactions, certain fiat-payment disputes may be reviewed or resolved by Coinflow as the processor of record for that transaction.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If a payment is charged but you do not receive the corresponding Pack, USDC, or item, for example because an on-chain transfer fails, contact us at support@gachasports.com with the date, amount, and any transaction reference. We will investigate and work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include completing the intended transaction or crediting the amount in question. This Section does not apply to a Pack that was successfully opened, which remains final under Section 1.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly once we have your transaction details. Initiating a chargeback for a Pack that was successfully delivered and opened, or for an item you have already redeemed, sold, or transferred, may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of associated rights, as described in the Terms of Service.
